More than a building. The City’s Signature.

Simmons Tower, originally known as the Capitol Tower, is the tallest building in Arkansas, located in downtown Little Rock. The building was completed in 1986 and has served as a prominent feature of the Little Rock skyline. It was developed during a time of significant downtown revitalization and was designed to be a modern, high-rise office building.

It was previously known as TCBY Tower (named after the yogurt company that once headquartered there), then became Metropolitan Tower, and was finally renamed Simmons Tower after Simmons Bank became a major tenant and acquired naming rights.

The building is 40 stories tall and spans approximately 740,000 gross square feet. It features Class A office space, a parking garage, retail areas on the ground floor, and skybridge connections to adjacent structures.

The Building Ownership remains dedicated to continuous reinvestments in infrastructure through ongoing interior upgrades, the integration of modern amenities to meet Class A office standards, and other enhancements aimed to improve energy efficiency, tenant experience, and the marketability of the building.

For four decades, Kelley Commercial Partners has been the dedicated property management company serving Simmons Tower. The firm headquarters in the building on the 3rd Floor.
